Merry Christmas!

Thank you for your inspiration and encouragement to continue blogging. You are the best friend I've never met!

Last evening we had dinner with our dearest friends in their home. I wore a red sweater from Foxcroft. The necklace and vest are old from Chico's. The booties are by Calvin Klein via Saks Off 5th.

Today I will be preparing Christmas dinner for my family and Mr. Mickey.

I wish you a closet full of everything you need, lots of fresh fruits and veggies in your fridge, and all the love your heart can hold.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas to you and your family. This time of year reminds us to be kind to one another, and grateful for all the 'gifts' in our lives we can some time take for granted. Thanks for your continued inspiration and fun that your blog provides us all.

Rosary, I made dinner for my family so I made what they love (that I know how to cook). We had slow simmered corned beef brisket, rustic mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, boiled cabbage and rye bread. For dessert, I made my great-grandmother's recipe for peach cobbler served warm with vanilla bean ice cream on top. I didn't eat the beef, but I enjoyed everything else. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas as well.

Merry Christmas! You look beautiful. I am curious about your style of home decorating. Your clothing style seems to be classic with a edgy touch. Your home seems to be classic and traditional...just wondering if you have any edgy touches in your home?

Della, I haven't yet added anything yet, but I am searching for some oversized modern art that speaks to me. That's a start to updating my interior design style, but I will always be most comfortable in mostly classic traditional surroundings. When I see modern decor, it always seems to me as if the owners haven't moved in yet.
